Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs and supporting materials. Writes literature and creates materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance facilitated course sessions. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serves as the Training Team s Yardi product Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact. Writes and updates Yardi product training course agendas and trains Regional Coaches to facilitate, while serving as the primary facilitation lead for technical webinars.
- Creates and maintains technical procedure manuals and one-sheets for employee use. Collaborates with the Instructional Designer to create video training and other materials when appropriate.
- Works with appropriate corporate support departments involved in all technical implementations or procedure changes. Participates in the testing and troubleshooting and relays findings to the implementation team. Contributes to project management of implementation goal and communication with the group.
- Works closely with internal customers by responding to a KACE Training queue, answering technical training questions, referring customers to training sessions, and identifying need for additional training courses or materials.
- Handles special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of (2) years training/development experience
- A minimum of (2) years property management experience
- Ability to travel with overnight stay up to 30%
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills with the ability and desire to speak in front of groups
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
- Ability to produce, analyze and measure results of training program
- Ability to learn and institute BH and industry standards
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, think both strategically and tactically, and manage complexity and achieve results despite constantly shifting priorities
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor s Degree in Education, Business, Communication, Organizational Development preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.

This job generally operates in a professional office environment, but may also occasionally operate in an outdoor environment. While performing the duties of this job, employees must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, occasionally move about the office, constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, communicate regularly and effectively with others, both written and verbally, and may occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs
