We specialize in IRC Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and exceeding expectations. We have a proven track record of repositioning under-performing assets, navigating complex transactions and maximizing property performance, all while making sure we provide a great place for our residents to call home. Our senior leadership team has extensive experience in affordable housing, property management, asset management, operations, capital markets, acquisitions, dispositions, LIHTC compliance and workouts.
