• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
• Deputize as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around
• Manage the team of technical officers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
• Manage ad-hoc project(s)
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary
• The qualified Fire Safety Manager shall visit and provide services and advise on all fire safety related matters as required in the Fire Safety Act and Regulations on site(s)
• The WSH Officer shall assist to discharge its statutory duties, particularly in the area of identification of workplace safety and health risks and in recommending control measures

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management working experience.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification & Workplace Safety and Health certification.
