Job Description

The Workplace Concierge role is responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences and service to residents, guests and the community, ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. The workplace concierge must ensure they liaise professionally and appropriately with visitors, suppliers and internal Cushman & Wakefield stakeholders at every interaction.

This is a fixed term contract role commencing in August finishing in late January. The successful candidate will be required onsite 5 days per week at our O’Connell Street office in Sydney.

About The Role:

  • Ensure that all visitors/contractors and employee are greeted in a professional welcoming manner
  • Request visitor complete required sign in documentation and issue passes accordingly
  • Provide effective and high-quality delivery of services
  • Sort incoming mail as required and notify Workplace Manager of any suspicious looking packages
  • Upon receiving an employee request for a locker, check availability in the system, allocate requestor profile to locker in the system and issue access to the locker
  • Upon receiving an employee request for storage, check availability in the system, allocate requestor profile to storage in the system and issue access to storage
  • Ascertain the meeting/booking/event details from the employee and set up in the system
  • Confirm details with the employee, book vendors (if required) and on day of the booking set up rooms as per requirements
  • Organise onboarding packs for new starters
  • Management of kitchen area ensuring cleanliness, availability of free issues and maintaining order
  • Provide support to Job Support team members to ensure task/routine is completed daily

About you:

  • Strong reception or hospitality/customer service background
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, ensuring deadlines are met
