We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven individual to become an integral member of the Workplace Research & Innovation team as a Consulting Analyst for our Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with senior team members to help collect and analyze data focused on workplace experience and design. Your primary responsibility is launching, collecting, and analyzing data from client workplace surveys. In addition, you will play a role in validating, compiling, analyzing, and condensing other quantitative and qualitative datasets for a variety of workplace strategy projects. We are looking for service-oriented candidates with demonstrated experience and interest in research, analysis, and insight generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, familiarity with various research methods, and a track record of working successfully independently and as part of a team. We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by this

Consulting Analyst, Total Workplace

You will collaborate with senior team members to help collect and analyze data focused on workplace experience and design. Your primary responsibility is launching, collecting, and analyzing data from client workplace surveys. In addition, you will play a role in validating, compiling, analyzing, and condensing other quantitative and qualitative datasets for a variety of workplace strategy projects. Responsibilities:

• Partner with workplace consultants across the Asia-Pacific region to execute client workplace survey projects including survey programming, data collection, analysis, and report generation
• Support interpretation of other types of quantitative and qualitative data and provide written summaries/reports of data analysis
• Assist in the preparation of pitches and thought leadership reports, contributing charts, tables, research, or other information
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with primary consumer or employee research
• Familiarity with a variety of research methods such as survey research, conjoint analysis, focus groups, and in-depth interviews
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Python, R, SPSS, PowerBI, and Tableau a plus
• Strong written and oral communication
• Team-oriented mindset. Great at working within team environments and getting stuff done together.
• Interest in working with cross-cultural teams and clients
• Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them in a compelling way to non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management; a problem-solver with a results orientation
