As part of 2022 International Women’s Day theme of #breakthebias, we are creating a Talent Community to support the re-entry of women back into work.
An important step towards making us as an Employer of Choice is to provide career opportunities to women who are ready to return back to work. We have a slew of initiatives and policies to support this talent segment, and are looking to create a ready talent pool for roles that align with needs and expectations. New joiners can look forward to strengthening their journey back by being part of mentoring circles, making learning available to them and ensuring that we support them with flexible work arrangements.
By joining this Talent Community, you will receive potential job opportunities as they arise, and roles could range from full-time, part-time, to job share arrangements.
If you wish to return, the criteria to be eligible for our WIN Back To Work Program are:
- A career break of at least 2 years or more
- Prior to a career break, a professional career of at least 2 years or more
- A degree would be great, but we are willing to look at skills-based experience as well
- A can-do, will do, have fun attitude would be fantastic!
