Vice President of Talent Acquisition

The position requires the ability to bring new ideas and diverse perspectives. This role is integral in aligning talent with Lincoln Property Company’s brand, culture and long-term goals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the national recruiting platform for Lincoln Property Company
- Oversee a team of 6+ regional recruiters and a national analyst/administrator in hiring 1500+ team members annually
- Personally recruit for select corporate and regional positions, including regional managers
- Collaborate with Training to ensure effective learning methods and content for recruiting and hiring
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure optimal approach to branding, value proposition and overall candidate attraction
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure effective transition of new hires to onboarding experience and data transfers to and from the Payroll system (Dayforce/Ceridian)
- Collaborate with Legal and Audit regarding policy and procedure adherence and needs
- Manage relationships with vendors that support recruiting, including:
- iCIMS for ATS
- Outmatch for assessments
- Checkster for references & employment verification
- CNET for background screening
- Glassdoor, Indeed and other career sites
- Manage analytics and reporting for recruiting, including collaboration with IT on data needs
- Prepare monthly analysis on national recruiting status and trends, including recommendations to senior leadership
- Provide alerts as needed to senior leadership regarding recruiting needs and trends
- Maintain awareness of industry and market trends and tools that can impact recruiting outcomes
- Establish annual recruiting strategy, including past performance analysis and future goals with measurable outcomes
- Focus on continual refinement and improvement of recruiting systems and processes
Capabilities Needed:
- Tactical execution focus as well as strategic thinking
- Collaborative in building relationships with department and regional leaders
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working with limited supervision
- Ability to lead cross functional teams in an aligned direction
- Innovative and driven toward continuous improvement
- Data and research driven approach to analysis and recommendations
- Results oriented leadership method
- Mentoring and coaching leadership style
- Risk management oriented in ensuring compliance with established regulations
- Articulate and professional communication style (both verbal and written)
- Executive presence including comfort communicating with senior leaders and composure in stressful or ambiguous situations
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
- 10+ years experience in the field of Recruiting
- Currently leading a Recruiting team of similar size and scope
- Proven track record
