Job Description Summary

The Vendor Performance Manager will be part of the central platform and procurement team. This role will conduct quality control audits, identify findings and corrective action for each of the large commodity vendors. This role will also work closely with the vendors and communicate, provide counsel and coaching of account expectations and client delivery.

Vendor Performance

  • Create policies and procedures and standards to govern / assess vendor performance, achieve statutory and regulatory compliance and CW and Account compliance.
  • Lead Supplier Performance Management process to drive performance and maintain pipeline of value delivery. Together with the Sr. Procurement Manager, ensure that a Performance Improvement Plan is in place and tracked
  • Ensure Vendor compliance on Contract, COI and PO and timely loaded in Service edge system
  • Develop vendor governance processes and conduct regular vendor governance meetings on critical/key vendors
  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with CW and Amazon approved vendors.
  • Support (first line) on Vendor performance and issue resolution.
  • Implement metrics, monitoring and reports using supplier scorecards for key suppliers.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define & create strategic supplier relationship programs.
  • Conduct timely assessments of supplier contracts and change orders to identify areas of potential non-compliance, adverse supplier performance and other issues that could have an adverse impact to the company in order to effectively communicate, track and abate Supplier risk elements.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy with respect to Vendor Performance and Compliance
  • Facilitate Vendor Onboarding Training and track appropriately
  • Facility Quarterly Account vendor town halls
  • Develop metrics and analyze improvement opportunities manage vendor performance and compliance ensuring that CW achieves its compliance goals.
  • Develop Vendor Management Playbook in Vendor Performance and Compliance
  • Help improve vendor recognition program and town hall programs
  • Provide enhancement ideas to dashboard/ report on vendor performance
  • Support VMP Vendor Life Cycle program/activities
  • Perform other duties assigned as VMP evolves/aligns with Client objective

  • Timely completion of VMP programs related to Compliance and Vendor Performance
  • Recognize and drive improvement opportunities

Employee Specifications

  • Candidate should possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Vendor Management
  • Experience in vendor systems
  • Experience in Facilities Management or In-Directs Category management
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
  • Advanced computer and office software skills is required

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role

The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 – $90,000.00
