Job Description
What will be your exposure?
- Engage in diverse property valuation projects and advisory services for renowned corporate clients
- Shadow senior peers to gain hands-on experience in data-driven practices, including market research and analysis
- Collaborate closely with professional teams to ensure accurate and reliable valuations
- Contribute to the enrichment and maintenance of the valuation databank
- Respond to inquiries related to valuation matters
What are we looking for?
- Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 1-year relevant working experience is preferred
- Knowledge in property market and effective data collection ability
- Strong analytical skill and sensitive with numbers
- Excellent time management and deadline orientated
- Well organized, attentive to details and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua), both spoken and written
- Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply and may be considered as Assistant Valuer
