US Mgr Software Training/Suppt
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Determine the quantity of training needed by role, and the best delivery methods by which to provide training on the Company’s software platforms.
- Develop technical documentation, end-user training manuals and support documents.
- Provide user training and support; research, select, and manage third-party partner relationships as necessary to support training or system maintenance needs.
- Develop on-demand training programs as needed to enable end users, exploring new software, styles, and trends to ensure training is multifaceted and effective.
- Act as liaison with other teams to discuss software and systems initiatives, design requirements, determine objectives and deliverables; provide follow-up and training results to evaluate system consistency and integrity to ensure needs are being met, enabling team members and the organization to achieve performance requirements.
- Manage team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and manages their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.
- Participates in and oversees systems training aspects related to proposed take-overs. Develops and implements project plans to ensure smooth integration and systems/data conversion, and assists in systems upgrades as needed.
- Manage the team use of the Greystar helpdesk system, ensuring requests are managed according to Company standards.
- Ensures team members follow the budget plan, examining practices in an effort to reduce unneeded costs and optimize efforts to effectively use resources.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
