US HRIS Analyst

The primary purpose and function of the HRIS Analyst is to act as the Workday support technical subject matter expert, provide HR system administration and support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support various Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Onboard and Learning.
  • Partner closely with HRIS team, business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries and manage HRIS e-mail box and ticketing systems.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data security.
  • Ensure data integrity within the HR management system and generate standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Maintain and administer Workday security groups, foundational tables, and all Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Test and support on Workday releases and updates, which includes researching functionalities, conducting testing, and educating the talent management team on enhancements, as applicable.
  • Develop HRIS Process documentation, Workday Documents, Job Aids and How-to Videos.
  • Assists with HRIS data audits and cleanup.
  • Works with vendors to develop data imports, exports, and reporting to establish recurring data feeds.
  • Assist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday through hands-on training to HRIS and other support teams.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
