UK Marketing Manager, Retail Logistics & Industrial
Location: London

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and high energy marketer to join our UK Marketing team here in London. The Cushman & Wakefield Marketing Team are focused on driving growth and providing marketing expertise to the UK Business.

This role will support one of our key sectors, Retail, Logistics & Industrial (RL&I) by developing and executing their marketing strategy and ensuring that all marketing and insight activities are completely focused on clients.

Working alongside key stakeholders as a trusted advisor, this role will be an integral part of the RL&I team and the wider Global Marcomms community.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, develop and implement the RL&I Marketing Strategy as well as raising the profile of RL&I both internally & externally at all relevant opportunities
* Work closely with the UK Research & Insight team to ensure that the content produced is distributed across all channels and is reaching clients effectively
* Create compelling client communications and monitor the engagement data
* Look for opportunities to engage key fee earners with clients, whilst tracking trends and monitor competitor activity
* Drive the sector client feedback programme and report to leadership and business teams on the performance metrics for all these activities

Knowledge & Experience:

* Must have worked in a business development/marketing function
* Experience creating and implementing multi-channel marketing plans
* Demonstratable knowledge of digital marketing practices
* Experience leveraging CRM systems
* Previous experience of working within professional services useful but not essential
