This position provides trolley services to the community’s residents, team members, and guests by safely operating the property golf-cart within the community.JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides trolley services to the community residents, team members, and guests by operating the property golf-cart following the established stops within the community and by adhering to the established timetable and schedule for operating the trolley service.
- Ensures the golf-cart is in good working condition by performing visual inspections of tires, seatbelts, and the overall condition, and by acting quickly to correct any potential malfunction or safety feature of the vehicle by reporting concerns to the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the golf-cart by picking up trash and debris, wiping down the seats and windows each day, and washing the exterior of the vehicle.
- Provides for the security of the golf-cart by parking in the designated areas, keeping the vehicle secured when not in use, preventing access to the vehicle by unauthorized individuals, and keeping keys in the approved, secure location.
- Follows all state and local regulations related to golf-cart operation by exercising good judgment and safety awareness when operating the golf-cart.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service to riders by answering questions, explaining designated stops, and providing assistance as needed to riders who may need additional assistance to get on or disembark from the vehicle.
Typical base compensation rate depending on experience, except where mandated otherwise:
12 USD – 15 USDDepending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
