DESCRIZIONE DEL LAVORO
- mantenere rapporti con i fornitori, locatari e clienti
- redigere budget annuali per le attività ordinarie e straordinarie
- gestire le attività ordinarie/straordinarie sugli edifici
- redazione di ordini di acquisto e approvazione fatture
- gestione delle gare d’appalto e redazione dei contratti per le manutenzioni ordinarie/straordinarie
- eseguire sopralluoghi periodici presso gli edifici
- redigere relazioni tecniche periodiche
- caricare i dati di consumo delle utenze sulle piattaforme ESG
- monitorare la manutenzione obbligatoria degli edifici attraverso il sistema di compliance e di gestione dei rischi
- portfolio: Edifici misti per uffici/retail e logistica, unità residenziali a Milano e nel nord Italia
- clienti locali e internazionali
REQUISITI
- esperienza lavorativa consolidata nella gestione di immobili (property/facility)
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- patente di guida B
- disponibilità a trasferte giornaliere
