Job Description
- Ensure that the facilities equipment is checked and in working conditions.
- Carry out the activities assigned by supervisor.
- Fill out the incident report, which is delivered to the person in charge.
- Provide first cleaning response, in collaboration with team in situations of risk and claims that arise in the company.
- Actively participate, collaborate and comply with all policies, procedures and regulations related to quality assurance that the company develops and implements.
- Maintenance of indoor furniture and facilities.
- Replacement of tables, chairs, door handles and lock core, maintenance of filing cabinets and other facilities.
- Maintenance and replacement of indoor power socket switches
- Weekly inspection of fire extinguishers
- Inspect the on-site equipment and facilities every day, including: air conditioning, UPS, FM200 and water leakage.
- Collection and sorting of equipment maintenance report
- Holding electrician or other necessary qualification certificates. Eg. A4 charge man certificate to operate diesel generator set.
- Planning of 52 week PPM calendar, implementation & execution of preventive maintenance work.
- Operation & Routine Maintenance for Diesel Generator Set.
- To support all electrical activities in client’s office in Malaysia, in case of emergency, where applicable.
Requirements:
- Possess A4 chargeman certificate from Energy Commissions of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
