Ideálnà kandidát na tuto pozici by mÄl mÃt technické vzdÄlánà a zkuÅ¡enosti s ÅÃzenÃm a koordinacà technické agendy projektů. Na této pozici plnÄ využijete VaÅ¡e technické zamÄÅenÃ, kreativitu i zkuÅ¡enosti s ÅÃzenÃm projektu v technologické oblasti. Budete zodpovÄdný za kompletnà technickou správu budovy v centru Prahy (kanceláÅská Äást + obchodnà pasáž).
Co budete mÃt na starosti:
- ZodpovÄdnosti za provoz budovy v centru Prahy
- VýbÄr a strategické ÅÃzenà externÃch dodavatelů (zejména facility management, projektový management)
- Aktivnà ÅÃzenà investiÄnÃch projektů vÄetnÄ rozpoÄtovánÃ, tendrovánà a pÅÃpravy nezbytných administrativnÃch podkladů pro schválenà investic
- ÅÃzenà provoznÃho rozpoÄtu (OPEX) a plánu investic (CAPEX)
- Jednánà s úÅady v souvislosti s provozem budovy
- Reporting technickému Åediteli do zahraniÄÃ
Požadované zkušenosti:
- MinimálnÄ 5 let praxe v oboru, ideálnÄ zkuÅ¡enosti na obdobné pozici obchodnÃm centru, hotelovém ÅetÄzci apod.
- Schopnost ÅÃdit projekty a týmy externÃch dodavatelů
- Znalost stavebnÃho práva a legislativy v oblasti správy nemovitostÃ
- Výborná znalost MS office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- ZkuÅ¡enost v mezinárodnà spoleÄnosti výhodou
- Anglický jazyk na komunikativnà úrovni
- Ideálnà kandidát bude mÃt VÅ /SÅ vzdÄlánà stavebnÃho/technického zamÄÅenÃ
- OsobnostnÄ do týmu zapadne ÄlovÄk kreativnÃ, odolný vůÄi stresu, s pozitivnÃm pÅÃstupem a silnou orientacà na výsledek
