Job Description Summary

DTZ Investors are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Asset Management team as an Administrator. Your main responsibilties will be to provide first class administrative and organisational support on a day to day basis.
This is a diverse and exciting role that offers an opportunity to play a part in the growth of DTZ Investors, and to contribute directly to client business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary and Outlook management
• Scheduling and arranging resources for meetings and appointments
• Processing expenses
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and web enquiries
• Managing the organisation and booking of travel arrangements
• Updating business development materials incl. brochures, CVs, case studies and website biographies
• Providing general office support including photocopying, scanning, binding, archiving, opening and disseminating post
• Assisting receptionist when required to ensure smooth running of front of house and receiving of guests
• Assisting with preparation of reports/presentations/tenders when required
• Internal and external event planning
• Assisting and escalating team IT issues/enquiries

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident working in a team as well as independently, and hold the ability to multitask and prioritise high work loads.
