The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Lead is to lead a high performing team of recruiters in the Corporate Real Estate service line, to source, attract, select, and hire top talent in the market for Cushman & Wakefield via a variety of sourcing techniques. There are also opportunities to be part of or lead on broader HR projects and initiatives.Job Description
You will also be responsible for:
- Recruitment & Selection: Provide recruitment solutions and advice to hiring managers, drive continuous improvement and consistency to strengthen partnerships with local HR Business Partner & COE teams, and improve visibility and collaboration.
- Talent & Market Mapping: Advise business leaders on the evolving talent market and guide them on moving from a reactive volume recruitment into one that is more strategic and pre-emptive.
- Onboarding: By working closely with the local HR COE’s and HR teams, facilitate a consistent approach to onboarding in India.
- Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements.
- Reporting: Ensure high confidence in TA metrics through effective requisition management and governance activities.
- Financial Stewardship: Be effective in utilizing various tools and vendors to deliver on cost effective and efficient recruitment services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources, ideal, with at least 5 years or relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate recruitment, Professional Services or Sales recruitment
- Strong influencing skills to network and engage with CRE industry talent, and strong collaboration ability to partner senior business leaders in crystalizing strategic and operational hiring needs in the CRE business
- Demonstrated Talent mapping, attraction, engagement, and recruitment experience either within commercial real estate, professional services sector or similar recruitment environment.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of 2 recruiters initially
- Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects with competing timelines
- Ability to implement recruitment and selection management programs that support business strategy and provide efficient and effective services to secure talent.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday ideal) and Candidate Relationship Management tools to grow and engage our candidate database
