At Cushman & Wakefield, our Sustainability Solutions business unit drives the delivery of sustainability services across energy, waste, water and supply chain management to our client accounts. Due to increased demand, a newly created opportunity for a Performance Reporting Analyst has become available to join our diverse and team based in Melbourne.
As an Analyst you will be responsible for undertaking tasks to support the delivery of a range of Environmental Reporting services, some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage the delivery of best practice client environmental performance reports (e.g. carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste generation and recycling performance) to support our client’s legal and voluntary reporting obligations.
Source and update all reporting system energy usage, environmental and cost data, including rates and tariffs on a timely basis, including from 3rd parties.
Validation and correction of environmental data
Provide analytical support to the Sustainability Solutions Team as required.
To be successful in this role you will :
- Possess excellent analytical and data processing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Be proactive in finding solutions to problems/challenges
- Be a confident, clear communicator with ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Have excellent proficiency in Excel/Word/Powerpoint with Power BI also highly regarded
- Degree qualified in either a finance, property or environmental science
