Supplier Support Advocate

The primary responsibilities include support to operations by assisting with entry level Supplier Support Tasks. Maintain supplier attributes in different owner accounting systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides support by maintaining the Greystar Service Desk queue and ensuring all “basic” tickets are resolved within timeframes/goals established by department

  • Maintains knowledge on supplier requirements and ensures all processes and procedures are followed

  • Maintain knowledge and comply with owner regulations of all the accounting systems used by any managed community.

  • Level 1 Troubleshooting (collecting basic information, using standard responses)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.

  • Prior customer service/help desk support preferred.

  • Insurance knowledge a plus.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
