Supplier Registration Administrator- Part Time- Graduate Welcome!Job Description Summary
The Supplier Registration & Linking Administrator will assist the Supply Chain team, Finance team, Facility Management team, Customer Service Centre, Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to deliver contractor registration, linking and ensure that C&W standards and the clients’ expectations are met.Job Description
This will include contractor registration and on-boarding (including compliance monitoring), data analysis, keeping databases up to date, performance management of contractors and general administration services as well as the running of reports, maintaining an open line of communication with the contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver a prompt, effective service for the client.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the Supplier Management System (VMS) by onboarding new suppliers via a registration process
- Maintain and manage the myBuilding system, ensuring Suppliers are correctly setup against service type and building for Property Managers
- Provide support and guidance to assist suppliers through the VMS process
- Conduct database reviews and cleansing to remove irrelevant or inaccurate profiles
- Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders of compliant supplier options, encourage use of current supply chain supplier pool
- Communicate with and escalate non-compliant suppliers as per team processes
- Register and link contractors for new client transitions
- Conduct annual linking reviews and cleansing
- Perform adhoc linking via shared inbox as requested by internal stakeholders
- Initiate Safe Work Assurance Platform registrations
- Articulate and live the C&W culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards
- Work safely and do not put yourself or anyone else’s health or safety at risk by your acts or omissions
About you:
- Higher School Certificate
- Intermediate Excel Skills and demonstrated ability in computer skills would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service approach
- Adaptability and an ability to think laterally to problem solve and achieve the best customer and business outcomes.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conversant with various technology systems and an ability to learn new systems as required.
