Job Description Summary

The Technology & Analytics Manager will be a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client. This individual will be responsible for managing the Business Intelligence and Technology team on the account, including administration of software solutions and development and maintenance of data and reporting.

Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Cushman Wakefield account team to understand their needs and provide technical solutions with existing technology platform or by identifying new solutions
• Manage Business Intelligence and Technology team responsible for administration of multiple CRE tools and account wide reporting, including BI reporting.
• Laisse with the Cushman Wakefield platform technology team to stay up to date on partner solutions, including roadmap items that may benefit the client.
• Act as a point of contact for multiple client internal teams, including IT, HR and Security for integration support and expertise on related data.
• Accountable for technology related KPIs, including goal development, execution and reporting
• Vendor management including coordination of system and reporting development oversight and delivery, budget and invoice management
• Contribute to the C&W GOS Technology team knowledgebase with best practices, lessons learned, concept and solutions documents
• Ability to leverage client applications for demonstration, data modelling and process development with the client implementation team
• Provide product roadmap input for improvement of the alignment of the client applications to the business service delivery both current and future.
• Preparation of architectural and data flow diagrams to support the client solution, as required
• Validation with internal Network and Engineering resources, Security & Compliance for any new software, integration or configuration requiring change management
• Assistance in the preparation of RFP response materials, as required
• Solution implementation management & consulting activities to ensure successful client delivery including consulting on best practices related to client configuration of business rules and data modelling implementation of business aligned service line framework, processes and procedures, reporting and analytics to support successful delivery
• Facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance
• Provide training and implementation user support during delivery activities and provide guidance and consulting for security modelling and compliance
• Provide project management oversight and delegation of all BA support analyst activities including migration of data, integration and report development project closeout activities and transition to production support
• Provide managed communications for any account-specific security & compliance activities with key stakeholders in information security, compliance, network & engineering, asset, identity and unified communications management.
• Escalations as necessary to ensure sponsorship and support of “at risk” projects maintain competency in GOS Technology client applications for consulting, implementation and demonstration capabilities

PRIMARY DUTIES

• 50-70% Solution Management activities for vendor, client and team resources
• 10-20% Team activities and knowledge / content development.
• 10-20% Initiative projects participation, platform improvement.
• Guidance will include weekly / bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with Account Director, team monthly and quarterly meetings with GOS Technology leadership.
• Additionally, Tier 1 projects are supported by Project Managers (PJM)

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred in MIS, MBA or equivalent experience.
• ITIL, SLDC, PMI cert +
• Understanding of Azure cloud, services architecture, SOX, SOC1/SOC2 compliance principles
• Experience with Real Estate applications including Yardi Systems, Costar, CAFM/Serraview, and CMMS tools
• Experience with Business Intelligence & Reporting Platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience managing enterprise grade windows and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies; SharePoint, Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET and MS SQL Server as well as other web-based technologies including JavaScript, JSON and Web Services
• Experience providing SDLC solutions with a focus in supplier management and service requests
• Extensive experience managing customer expectations and communicating with senior and executive management, including strong financial acumen
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and transformation of large development projects from traditional waterfall way of working to an agile approach
• Proven ability to manage team of diversely skilled resources
• Experience in architecting large business solutions
• Experience developing workflow and rules driven applications preferred
