Sr, Director HRIS

The Senior Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be responsible for leading the design, development & deployment of business processes utilizing new/existing technologies. Responsible for providing recommendations for changes pertaining to the core Human Resource and Payroll Information Systems. The position will also be responsible for partnering with HR leaders for system requirements, process analysis & optimization, solution design, system configuration and data modeling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prioritizes system projects, administration, integration and report creation by engaging with both internal and external service providers.
  • Effectively collaborate with the IT department regarding technology guidelines, protocols, asset policies and governance with third-party service providers.
  • Directs and leads process solution design, configuration, maintenance, and data architecture of the HR systems and leads the integration as needed. Accountable for systems supporting: HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Relations, Worker’s Compensation and Compliance processes.
  • Provides leadership, direction, HR system expertise, and champions the resolution of issues and solution delivery.
  • Ensures advance controls and audits are in place for data integrity, compliance with federal, state and corporate regulations.
  • Manage HRIS Projects and HRIS staff to achieve People/HR department goals and objectives that require systems and technology related support.
  • Provides input into development of annual goals, budgets, and initiatives for the HRIS team that align with the Company’s talent management vision and long-term strategy and develops tactical business plans for achieving targeted benchmarks and performance goals.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
