Sr Business Systems Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Become the subject matter expert of the property management products/tools and provide system administration and support
- Conducts detailed needs assessments for proposing business solutions by communicating with senior business leaders, team members, and others. Research technology options that align with the Company’s needs and strategies.
- Develop, and then execute, project plans in the analysis, testing and deployment of product upgrades, working with vendors and internal staff
- Oversee and/or assist with gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, and system roll-out, including preparing senior management reporting on results.
- Monitor and assess existing system / system usage to identify needed system improvements
- Perform system administrator function including user management, maintaining system data, visual layout, and workflow rules. Take ownership and handle day-to-day management and administration of the product
- Develop/maintain technical standards and user guides for the product / tool that support business Gold Standards
- Create and provide KPI reports and ad hoc analysis as required by various business groups
- Develop and continually monitor and improve product standards, processes, and documentation
- Provide training and technical support to product / tool users
- Maintain and communicate project status updates, department updates, and maintenance of training material within department SharePoint page
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
