Job Description
PROPERTY NAME: Regional Office – Atlanta, GASummary:
Reporting to the Director of Performance Management, Asset Services Americas, the developer will help manage and be responsible for the upkeep and development of warehouse data to generate reports on financial and market intelligence aiding in business performance, influencing business decisions, and supporting margin improvement.

Responsibilities
- Define and develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards including business metrics and performance indicators that drive action and insights
- Prepare updates and presentations to key stakeholders, Senior Leadership and Executive management on the delivery of the data and analytics roadmap
- Oversee the development of reporting systems that deliver accessible information for decision-making
- Interpretation and translation of business needs into practical application
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Utilization of visualization tools to properly convey data needs

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Financial and Analytical roles
- Expertise in Tableau, SQL, SSRS, Python, Power BI, and Cognos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience with data visualization, automation, warehousing, and extraction techniques. Comfort with large complex internal/external data sets
- Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
- Project management skills to move projects/tasks forward
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or property management software.
Must be detail oriented and able to focus with frequent interruptions.
Maintains confidence and protects operations of business by keeping information confidential.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other specialized functional area (management, finance, real estate, accounting, etc.) preferred.
Real estate organization/management operations experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.
Ability to work from multiple locations.
Ability to perform other duties as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to frequently, and sometimes for long periods of time, sit, stand, climb and descend stairs, walk, extend arms and hands forward and overhead, using fingers to grasp, and carry.
Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, or stoop on occasion.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Must have up-close and distance.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Up to 20% to local markets and regional meetings.
