Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community.  Shuttle Driver is also responsible for the calendar upkeep of shuttles needed for the community in a manner consistent with the propertyâ™s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Shuttle Driver
• Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations daily
• Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule
• Responsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager
• Responsible for daily logs as required by Community Manager
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
• Customer & Resident Relations
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
• Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates
