Job Description
Main responsibilities and activities:
Issuing of invoices related to rental contracts for rental, service and other fees.
Measures to recover the arrears.
Indexation of rental fees based on rental agreements.
Continuous monitoring of the service fee and preparation of the annual settlement.
Follow-up of bank guarantees and bail bonds.
Authorization, registration and payment of vendor invoices.
Management of rental contracts, creation of a database, monitoring of dates and changes.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Cooperation with the Property Manager and the Technical manager.
General contact with the Customer.
Participation in regular meetings.
Expectations:
At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position at an international service/consulting company
Finance / Economics degree / qualified accountant
Fluency in English
Hungarian mother tongue
Competencies:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Place of work: Budapest
