Job Description Summary

This role embodies an exceptional customer service experience to the client/colleague/vendor in a corporate environment. Engage at the appropriate level to support contracted service lines to include package sorting, delivery, and pickup internally. Accountable for support of most facilities services outside of the Shipping/Receiving functions. As a customer-facing role, business casual dress code is required.

Job Description

• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are internally delivered or packaged and shipped out in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
• Generate Bill of Ladings, customer labels, and customer requested labels for outbound shipments.
• Generate and maintain all customs documents as needed
• Learn the international shipping processes
• Process all inbound receipts and paperwork, print receiving labels and report any variances to appropriate responsible supervisor.
• Maintain High Security seal log for cross border shipments.
• Maintain shipment logs.
• Maintain COA database with inbound shipments
• Obtain necessary COA for outbound shipments
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Compliance with safe work practices, including company safety rules and practices. Timely completion of assigned safety training.
• Able to work independently and within a team in fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and team members and able to quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to safely pickup and carry up to 50 lbs. for short distances.
• Must have the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent of
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and capable of learning other related software systems.
• Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels.
