Senior Surveyor – Commercial Valuations
Location – Dublin
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MSCSI MRICS Commercial Valuation Senior Surveyor to come and join our team here in the heart of Dublin city!
With a successful team behind you, you will be responsible for supporting the Dublin Valuations department with the development of the team’s ongoing strategy as well as developing your own.
Due to continued growth of high-quality instructions within a very busy, friendly and dynamic national team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor. You will be required to undertake valuation instructions and to take an active role in developing the Valuation business across the central and east region.
This is a career enhancing opportunity for the successful individual to form part of an established and successful valuation team. You will be experienced in preparation of valuation reports and advice on a broad range of asset types across all commercial market sectors, including investment portfolios, development sites and high value mixed use schemes.
Building relationships will be key, not only internally within Cushman & Wakefield but working closely with Investors, developers and agents within the Ireland and further afield.
This role will also see you working closely with the wider Cushman & Wakefield commercial teams in the UK and across EMEA.
Key requirements:
* MSCSI MRICS qualified
* Experience in mixed valuations, commercial, PRS, industrial & retail
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Argus Enterprise and Developer
* A solid understanding of income driven investment valuations and development appraisals
