Job Description Summary

A newly created national role providing direct input into the national thought-leadership agenda. As the research expert in the property industry, you will work with the wider research team and business to identify research topics of interest and relevance. Undertake detailed data collection and analysis, report writing and where required, contributing to client presentations.

Job Description

You will also be responsible for:

• Liaising with National Head of Research to develop thought-leadership agenda.
• Source and collect data to provide deep data analysis to reveal key strategic insights, required to meet the national thought-leadership agenda
• Demonstrate the company’s leading position in the property industry by providing original, detailed insights across the commercial real estate sector
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling multiple business units & service lines within individual research outputs
• Liaise with wider marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies for research content
• Assist senior managers on producing their thought-leadership outputs

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Deep knowledge of the Australian commercial property markets and knowledge of industry-specific trends is essential
• Significant knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis, coupled with a degree in a quantitative analytics disciple such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Geography.
• Significant experience with managing and analysing large datasets and knowledge of latest data analysis methods
• High level of oral presentation and writing skills and ability to convey complex analysis to non-expert audiences
• The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
