Job Description Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Research Analyst to join our industry leading team, based in Stockholm.
This role is to be responsible for research, data & analytics, and reporting activities across the market. This senior role is designed to support the organic growth of Swedish businesses through thought leadership + insight, data strategy, and outputs to help generate leads and opportunities in the business.
The role will directly report to and work closely with the Head of Business Development Services, CEE + Sweden offering great exposure across the region, whilst ensuring consistency of client experience and operational excellence across the EMEA region.
In addition, the role will manage research activities within the Swedish research team and cooperate with colleagues from the affiliated offices across the Nordics region.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Swedish research and data & analytics team.
• Ensure real estate data collection and update of existing databases (office, industrial, retail, investment) to deliver regular market and economic updates.
• Cooperate with other business lines teams, gather, analyze, and use regional and local market competitive, client, and industry insights to produce market thought leadership.
• Support business development activities, including presenting market updates to clients.
• Undertake independent market analyses for ad-hoc reports for clients as defined by the business (e.g. location analysis, Power BI reports).
• Support marketing and communication activities in line with the company content strategy defined by the Head of Business Development Services, CEE + Sweden.
• Contribute to C&W brand visibility through active participation in public events and social media.
• Cooperate with C&W research teams in other countries (especially Nordics and the wider EMEA team).
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience
• Strong analytic skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience in Power BI or Python is advantageous
• Ability to effectively communicate with a range of external stakeholders and provide informative data through regular presentations
• Real Estate market knowledge preferred
• Swedish & English language skills are essential
