Job Description Summary

Opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the integrity of a key contract for the C&W facilities team.

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join a key client of the CW business for an experienced Coordinator/Works Scheduler to be embedded onsite within their business, helping both the client and CW to ensure all contractual terms are being adhered to and all works are carried out to the highest standard, whilst maintaining strict adherence to OHS principles.

The main focus of the Senior Project Governance Coordinator is to work as a conduit between the clients Project team & CW to review each client brief, provide operational direction, uphold quality assurance to ensure all works are completed within budget, on time and meet the requirements of the business while maintaining business continuity.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Review documentation provided by client project team regarding proposed locations and scope of works.
  • Seek endorsement of recommended proposals/tenders/quotes.
  • Liaise with the Cushman Wakefield’s schedulers to confirm bookings (72-hour notice period for nominated sites to undertake the works.
  • Provide regular project updates to the required business unit stakeholders.
  • Review Cushman Wakefield’s completion reports and provide comments to the nominated business units representatives regarding issues encountered and completion of scheduled task.
  • Notify key stakeholders that all works have been completed
  • Provide feedback to the CW Account Manager in relation to tasks such as feedback received from sites, risks and issues, meeting minutes, coordinating changes to planned scheduled activities which will impact on CW’s existing IFM delivery.

Ideally we are seeking candidates that can demonstrate:

  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Existing understanding of CW business, systems and processes
  • Ideally suited to someone with a prior background in a trade or OHS role
