Job Description
- Provides professional project management experience to designated projects
- Interacts with client representatives onsite, receives direction and coordinates with them on project matters
- Provides project update to the clients
- Works in collaboration with the assigned account manager, facility management team, clients, owners and others
- Prepare agendas, develop and maintain project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients from conceptual stage till project completion and handover to the clients
- Coordinate with the consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project
