As a key creative and strategic advisor for the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing advisory and strategic partnership to our clients, exceptional project management and oversight, creative ideation, proactive marketing outreach, and responsive communication and coordination for significant property marketing projects. The Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to function as a trusted property marketing advisor for our Brokerage Teams and Clients in multiple markets throughout the Central Region â delivering best-in-class concepts and advanced go-to-market strategy.Job Description
The Senior Marketing Specialist works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and the Property Marketing COE Team to develop and deliver industry-best property marketing strategies, plans, deliverables and outcomes. In partnership with the Property Marketing COE Team Lead, the Senior Marketing Specialist is the point person for our most significant property marketing assignments throughout the Central Region, serving as the Project Lead, providing marketing expertise and recommendations, working collaboratively with our fee earners and a property marketing team of copy writers / strategists and graphic designersâboth in house and third partyâto bring campaigns to life. ResponsibilitiesÂ
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Brokerage Teams on our most significant property marketing projects in multiple markets throughout the Central RegionÂ
Lead calls and meetings with Brokerage Teams as requiredâ¯by the scope of the project to collectâ¯critical details to craft comprehensive marketing plans and deliver on industry-best creative property marketing campaigns; assemble all required assets and ensure Brokerage Team is equipped to launch property to market and execute agreed upon tacticsÂ
Collaborate with Copy Writers, Marketing Specialists, Marketing Coordinators, Design Managers, and Graphic Designers internally and ensure the right team is in place to support the scope of each project, recommending 3rd-party integration when appropriateÂ
Partner with Brokerage Teams and COE Property Marketing Team to develop comprehensive project and brand strategy that incorporates new, creative ideas to market our listings; engage Copyâ¯Writers / Strategicâ¯Marketers andâ¯Graphicâ¯Designersâ¯to execute approved design and messaging direction Â
Establish and communicate project schedule to all project participants, assign tasks to Marketing Specialists and Coordinators as needed Â
Manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standardâ¯processesâ¯to ensure consistency and efficiencyÂ
Communicate withâ¯Brokerage Team on project updates, either through status calls or other channelsâ¯â¯Â
As needed, interface with external clients for planning, marketing, or project status meetings Â
Work in partnership with the COE Team Lead and escalate challenges, as necessaryâ¯â¯Â
Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated intoâ¯drafts, making ad hoc revisions to marketing collateral as necessaryÂ
Ensureâ¯final on-time delivery of all project assets and deliverablesâ¯Â
Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools Â
Provide campaign reporting metrics to the Brokerage Team and Client; recommend strategic improvements or alternative channels/tactics to enhance performance Â
Become effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefieldâs CRM, helping to connect data to improve marketing efforts and generate more leads and revenueÂ
Become fluent in Cushman & Wakefieldâs platform, advising Brokerage Teams on their available resources and making recommendations on which tools to engageÂ
Develop strong ties to colleagues in similar roles for effective sharing; develop best practices or tools that can benefit other team members  Â
Develop critical understanding of the real estate market, tenant target groups and personas, ever-changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefieldâs Investor Client community Â
Gain a keen understanding of how target audiences for properties for lease or sale consume marketing and present ideas to enhance engagementÂ
Key QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degreeÂ
5-7+ years of marketing experienceâreal estate, architecture or commercial construction experience preferredÂ
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, and/or the ability to learn the basicsÂ
Familiarity with a project management tool is preferredÂ
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision Â
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Â
Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skillsÂ
Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levelsÂ
Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participantsÂ
Self-motivated but works well in group environmentÂ
