Reporting to the Head of Marketing UK&IE, Head of Events, the ideal candidate will be client focused, have strong attention to detail and be a self-starter capable of working both on their own initiative as well as within a team.Job Description
The Senior Marketing & Communications Manager will drive execution of a programme of marketing, communications & business development activities for the business in Ireland.
This is an opportunity to get hands-on with all aspects of the marketing mix and make a real difference in our go-to-market approach. You will be responsible for creating multi-media content, managing multi-channel campaigns, delivering virtual and in-person events, and supporting CRM & digitally focused best practice across the firm.
We are looking to speak with highly motivated individuals, who are strategic, proactive team players and will bring positivity and continuous support to those around you. You will be working across multiple workstreams, so your ability to collaborate, foster relationships and suggest solutions is essential.
Some of the key responsibilities:
* Help develop and implement strategic marketing & communications plan that supports the Irish business, ensuring each of the business teams can leverage and benefit from the core support
* This role will champion and deliver business development activities as well as ensuring that all of our marketing and insight activities are completely focused on our clients
* Execute and deliver marketing & communications materials in line with the C&W business and marketing strategy
* Support the divisions in the pursuit of new business targets
* Day to day contact for any agency, managing material creation and delivery from concept to production
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of all materials produced
* Ensure all materials are produced in line with the Cushman & Wakefield Global commercial strategy
