As a Senior Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield you will play an important role with the onsite management team. Our Senior Leasing Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residential clients, highly trained is delivering service to our Property Managers and geared to support the team and meet the needs of the business.Our Senior Leasing Consultants are people who make a big impact in many small ways – a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, a genuine interest in the people walking through the property office door. The Senior Leasing Consultants will create a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of first impressions.
As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and by building rapport with prospects and residents.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Â
Responsible for delivering various housing reports to the managerÂ
Responsible for ensuring paperwork of all tenants are accurateÂ
Offers professional advice to tenants and clients in relation to their financial capabilitiesÂ
Ensures that available apartments are advertised to prospective tenantsÂ
Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community, and beautiful grounds.Â
Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available Pinnacle apartment home.Â
Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.Â
Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.Â
Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.Â
You will also use your attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.Â
Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.Â
COMPETENCIES:Â Â

Basic computer skills in a Windows environmentÂ
Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulationsÂ
Assist the leasing activities of the leasing staff.Â

WORK ENVIRONMENTÂ
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.Â
PHYSICAL DEMANDSÂ

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The employee must be able to travel up to 5% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.Â
