Job Description Summary

The Senior Janitorial Supervisor is a position within the line of operations at C&W SERVICES. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements
• Responsible for personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance
• Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnel
• Interface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory
• Interface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issues
• Establish and maintain vendor sources for supplies and materials providing best prices/delivery
• Assist the Contract Manager in the development of customer reports, performance indicators, and productivity improvement programs
• Assist the Maintenance Technicians in the development of all safety rules and programs

Qualification

• Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience associated with building services activities
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience with staff of twenty-five or more
• Supervisory/business training, preferably at college level
