Senior Human Resouces Advisor
As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support and advise the HR Advisor on day-to-day operations of the People function, as well as handling of escalations to the CoE. Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the Senior HR Advisor supports the People function through development or processes mapping and SOPs as well as the training of new HR Advisors.
 

Responsible for one or more of the following:

  • Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
  • Maintain life-cycle process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
  • Focus on complex tasks / projects.
  • Advise on Tier 2 escalations
  • Support the training and development of HR advisors in the team.
  • Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
  • Coordinates with local Payroll to ensure correct payroll processing
  • Carry out People Services activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements
  • Monitor and maintain inbound queries to HR through the appropriate work intake system.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
  • Bachelorâ™s degree in Human Resource or Business Management is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
  • Knowledge of HR, labour law is an advantage
