About the Role
The Senior Guest Service Agent ensures our clients receive a premium workplace experience when entering and occupying the facility. Working as part of a broader workplace team, the Senior GSA oversees other GSA team members, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class customer experience for our client BHP, who operate within the resources sector.
This role is varied and broad; no 2 days are the same!
What You Will Be Doing
Meet and greet visitors proactively, with a professional greeting and smile.
Answer the phone with a professional greeting in a timely manner
Manage individual and group inboxes responding to email queries promptly.
Advise relevant staff on the arrival of their guests.
Maintain the reception area and adjacent services such as meeting rooms and maintain a high standard of presentation in waiting areas, entrances and lounge areas.
Manage visitor car park requests efficiently
Manage locker, exercise locker and bike storage requests promptly
Log maintenance jobs and escalate as required.
Provide effective support to customers across a variety of internal and public meeting, collaboration and training spaces.
Manage all booking requests within agreed timeframes
Aid with various technologies including setting up laptops, video and audio conferences.
You will have:
Strong customer service experience within a busy corporate or hospitality environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
A common-sense approach to problem-solving, exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
The ability to empathise and demonstrate a high level of EQ.
The ability to work independently in a small team.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
