Senior Director, Product Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead team by assigning resources to implementation, support, or training projects while overseeing all project milestones and individual tasks and reporting current status to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, requirements team and post operations to implement software solutions for the global operating platform direction, usability and experience.
- Partner with software suppliers to document workflow maps, and to provide project management from implementation to go live.
- Conduct special projects for rolling out new features and new functionality on live markets verticals
- Source and propose new ideas, concepts, or features with confidence, providing supporting data and a business case to maximize business results
- Conduct Train the Trainer knowledge transfer for new market administration team members to assist in developing local delivery resources
- Responsible for optimizing the profitability through scalable and efficiency operating platform strategies, customer communication and user interface initiatives
- Coordinate product management across cross-functional teams in a matrixed structure, while meeting project timelines
- Identify bottlenecks, by anticipating and making trade-offs that will maximize business benefits and create excellent customer experiences.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
