Senior Brokerage Specialist

-Provide business development support, research & organize/manage CRM-Manage client database, key lease dates, market updates, respond to requests
-Prepare/edit proposals, property presentations/tour books, coordinate financial analysis requests, commission invoicing and collection
-Assist/coordinate content creation with marketing team
-Manage team lists/databases, special projects, reports, collaboration with other departments
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage CRM
- Conduct new prospect research
- Organize client functions
- Track client engagement through database / CRM
- Assist third party consultants / vendor requests from clients
- Prepare site search / space survey presentations
- Assist with tours
- Draft proposals and RFPs
- Building agency support
- Assist with financial analysis
- Assist with lease review
- Manage deal closeout
- Coordinate presentations and client deliverables
- Prepare select simple / form presentations and documents
- Track and maintain database of client materials, presentations, studies, etc.
- Organize & track team weekly meetings
- Create team CRM reports on prospecting and client communication
- Track team active deals / pipeline
- Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual progress on team objectives (key performance indicators)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, a preferable)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a professional organization
- Real estate industry and marketing experience preferred
- Administrative experience (expense management & calendar management) for executive level professional for more senior positions preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with InDesign and Salesforce (or other CRM) a plus
- Broker License required or ability to obtain in the first 3-6 months of hire
Salary range is $85,000 – $100,000

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
