Senior Analyst Programmer | Corporate Office

Job Summary

This individual will act as an internal consultant with the skills to work through all phases of the development lifecycle from scope to development to support.

Essential Functions

• Solve complex business problems
  • Gather and interpret system requirements
  • Deliver high quality products with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Familiar with the various software development methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, rapid prototyping, etc. )
• Prioritize tasks based on requirements
• Perform maintenance and support on existing software systems
• Partner with the business to continuously improve technology and business processes
• Develop and maintain strong communication and collaboration with Team and others throughout IT and business areas
• Some travel may be required to regional offices, engagements with primary vendors or industry-specific trade shows
• Engage in after-hours support on an as-needed basis
• Strong sense of Customer Service, values and ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience required
• 8-10 years of experience in full stack including the following technologies
  • JavaScript front end scripting languages (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
  • HTML/CSS
  • .Net/C#/MVC/Entity Framework/Web API
  • Microsoft SQL Server – TSQL/PSQL
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive numerous projects simultaneously
• Exceptional critical thinking/problem-solving skills and the ability to make confident business decisions
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills

Experience in any of the following a plus:

• • SharePoint
  • PowerBI
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • SPFX
  • Developing solutions within the Azure environment
  • Experience in Real Estate, Multi-family Housing or construction industry

• Job is intermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e., climb stairs)

• Position requires periodic travel by automobile to handle work-related activities
