Performance Setting New Standards

• Patrolling common areas and exterior of the property
• Removing unauthorized individuals from the property
• Liaison with local police when needed
• Responding to after-hour calls, including disturbances in a timely manner, initiate action to calm any disorderly conduct

• Check interior/exterior lighting weekly, report broken windows or lights to Community Director
• Secure any unlocked apartments or entrance doors. Report malfunctioning doors/locks to the Community Director
• Other duties assigned by your Community Director which may include but not limited to garbage pick-up, minor painting or cleaning

• Submit daily activity report to the office
• Prompt with regular attendance; available for flexible hours as needed
• Willing to be assigned to other Weidner properties; maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty

Qualifications

• Must be available to be contacted at home and to respond in cases of emergency
• Previous security experience or security training is preferred
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must agree to a criminal background check
• Valid and current driver s license with reliable transportation
