Job Description Summary

The Salesforce Data Architect is responsible for providing data analysis, data cleansing and data loading support for the Cushman & Wakefield Salesforce initiatives. Responsibilities include helping ensure the project team can efficiently deliver solutions to our internal clients that meet or exceed expectations. This is an individual contributor role, however the Data Architect will play a key role in executing our data strategy to help maintain reliable data to inform business decisions and drive collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities (specific to the role):

• Execute data strategy for maintaining quality and reliable data to inform business decisions, support business development and drive collaboration.
• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets to support different data needs on the platform.
• Migrate data from various CRM systems or Excel sheets into Salesforce.
• Manage miscellaneous initiatives/projects that require data analysis, updates, deletions and/or data de-duplication.
• Monitor ongoing CRM data quality and proactively identify potential data issues.
• Identify best practices and areas of improvement with how data is managed, shared, archived, cleansed and imported.
• Support the project managers with status reports, directing escalations, etc.
• Escalate risks, issues and roadblocks to the project team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Salesforce platform or other CRM applications
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce data model
• Experience with Data Loader / Workbench
• Experience importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data, in a MS Excel and Salesforce environment
• Experience working with large data sets
• SQL Knowledge
• Critical thinker/problem solver with logical thought process
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail

Business Experience:

• The successful candidate must be comfortable juggling multiple assignments and possess the agility and tenacity to collaborate and deliver on tight timelines with aggressive growth objectives.
• Experience working in a customer-centric company is strongly preferred. With a commitment to understanding how data is used by the business, the successful candidate will have the technical know-how combined with a high degree of business acumen.
