Job Description Summary

As the Salesforce Data Analyst, you will have experience working with large data sets and delivering data related items in Agile environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing data requests, data analyses, transformation, and data uploads into platforms.
Review any data related user stories and translating that into technical solutions, documenting acceptance criteria and solution design documents, gate keeper for all data transformation and migration projects, and acting as a conduit between finance teams and the technical delivery team.
An advanced understanding of data will enable you to play a key role in the delivery of projects to improve functionality experience within large enterprise environment.
You will be working with a dynamic team within an Agile environment, and strong communication/interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

* Perform data analysis and advise improvements based on data

* Reviewing data requests, data analysis, transformation, and data uploads into platforms.

* Review any data related user stories and translating that into technical solutions, documenting acceptance criteria and solution design documents

* Responsible for data transformation and migration projects

* Analyze business rules & process with the business stakeholders to refine requirements and make recommendations

* Provide innovative and creative solutions to meet requirements including design and configuration

* Be responsible for the data strategy and related data projects and user stories

* Be responsible for committing and completion of data related user stories

* Participate in UAT, developing test scenarios, bug reporting and manage end to end issue resolution cycle

* Create meaning data insights using Salesforce, Einstein Analytics/ TCRM, Power BI or similar

* Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implementation of the Salesforce system

Accountabilities

* Ensuring all data migrations and data loads are completed in accordance with process

* Accountable for all APAC data transformation and migration projects

* Accountable for all APAC Data user stories

* Accountable for the data governance practices in region and participate in global data governance committees

* Accountable for the creations and maintenance of platform data dictionaries

Requirements

* An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment

• Ability to interpret user data and data needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Hands on experience transforming and querying large data sets using SQL, Workbench, and other ETL tools
• Deep understanding and experience with ETL processes
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and data requirements
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

1.5. Background and Experience

4+ years’ experience working with large dataset & ETL processes

2+ years’ Salesforce experience

An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment

Advanced understanding of data that can work independently and is comfortable working within a rapidly changing environment.

1.6. Qualifications & Technical Skills

Salesforce Certified

Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC and CRM projects

Experience transforming and uploading data, using ETL tools such as SQL

Experience with salesforce data tools such as Workbench, Dataloader, Jitterbit, BOFC and similar

Advanced excel skills, paired with a background in Finance/Accounting a definite advantage
