Job Description Summary

Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an individual to join their Front of House team as a casual Roving Receptionist.
As a Front of House team member, you offer warm, personal, interactive, and affirming service to our Occupiers and Guests ensuring effective and memorable experiences.
This would be a mobile role, covering properties across London City. The days and hours would vary but mostly follow from Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day between 11. 30 and 3.30pm with the potential to cover full days if necessary.
It’s a mobile role mostly covering properties located within the City. We would potentially look at 1-2 rovers that can cover lunch routes (Mon-Fri, 4h per day between 11.30am and 3.30pm) and any rovers that can cover full shifts during the day.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all Occupiers & Guests and ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient
  • Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally
  • Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance
  • Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
  • Report any relevant information and issues to both Front of House Co-ordinator and Building Manager on Site, also ensure all Front of House areas are well presented, clean and tidy at all times
  • Categorising post/couriers and delivering to Occupiers/Guests where needed
  • Ensure all Visitors/Guests are signed in as specified by the Property procedures
  • Ensure reception area presence is maintained, and reception desk is covered at all times
  • Log any property faults/issues with the Cushman & Wakefield 24/7 Helpdesk, also report them to the Front of House Co-ordinator and Building Manager
  • Ensure all assigned tasks/checklists are completed in line with company standards
  • Handle any complaints efficiently to ensure prompt resolutions are offered
  • Submit timesheets on time to ensure payment is processed accurately

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous Front of House experience desirable
  • Experience of handling challenging situations
  • Comfortable in a front facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
