Revenue Manager
Overview
Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Revenue Manager responsible for monitoring community and portfolio performance through collaboration with Regional Portfolio Managers and Community Managers to successfully coach and execute pricing strategies. The Revenue Manager will provide assistance with supply analysis related to market trend, revenue strategies and rate tactics that capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenue.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively analyze operational metrics, historical trends and relevant market data that impacts property performance. Work closely with community stakeholders to determine pricing strategies by identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Conduct weekly/monthly pricing strategy calls with Business Managers, RPMs, and Asset Managers to evaluate community performance, review compliance, and make recommended configuration changes to improve performance.
- Improve the development and use of effective business intelligence analytical tools and processes and create standard and custom reporting for internal and external customers. Manage and lead training sessions via zoom and/or in person.
- Provide continuous communication and education of Revenue Management strategies to community and regional teams. Serve as a liaison between communities and vendors to review product enhancements and ensure consistent communication.
- Work closely with all Lincoln associates to develop solid relationships and provide support to clients by offering coaching, guidance, mutual respect and understanding.
- Partner with the VP and Director of Revenue Management on systems and process improvements, reporting standardization, and review of metrics reflecting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting guidelines and support the administration.
- Assist in the ongoing education of community associates regarding pricing practices and the revenue management software.
Ideal candidate will have experience as a Assistant Property Manager and/or Business Manager
Experience in Yardi and other property management softwares
Experience with budgeting
Applicants ideally will have at least two years of Property Management experience in a management or leadership role and be familiar with budgeting and financial procedures.
Position will require approximately 25% travel within the U.S. and will require a start time of no later than 9am CT Monday through Friday.
Training experience in a classroom or online setting is preferred.
