Revenue Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Compiles and analyzes key revenue metrics to prepare and create reporting that translates these metrics into actionable task for internal and external operational improvement in both financial and compliance to best practice areas. Also provides recommendations on process and procedure improvements, ensuring efficiency in department operations.
- Assists the Revenue Management Team in planning for existing and prospective new client business presentations by gathering relevant system data, reports, market data, preparing presentation materials and performing data analysis as needed to enhance the quality of the sales pitch and presentation.
- Performs basic software tasks such as user set up, competitor set up, and new asset implementation set up and ongoing support of recommended system hardware and configuration. Assists with rate reviews when needed.
- Aides in the development of technical reports, documents, user support, and technical manuals to support systems and software training, and prepares detailed functional program specifications for reports, interfaces and other modules.
- Prepares contracting items for new business needs in order to support the growth of the team and provide timely responses to operational partners.
- Completes various financial, administrative, and other reports for analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
