Resident Insurance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversees the Greystar Resident Insurance support/helpdesk operation by establishing and communicating service standards, response procedures, and workflows, analyzing issues and problems related to Resident Insurance programs; determining implementation and appropriate solutions, training or maintenance as necessary.
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of new or revised Resident Insurance programs and integrations by collaborating in the development of design specifications, authorizing participant and facilitator materials, producing support documents, tools, and job aids and developing implementation schedules to ensure appropriate availability and access to training sessions and programs.
- Collaborates with team to increase the quality and quantity of Resident Insurance training programs and resources available.
- Oversees community outreach program to facilitate communities, Owners and the Company in achieving the best Resident Insurance compliance possible and contributing to overall financial goals.
- Oversees the entrance of new properties into the Resident Insurance program, assisting with strategies to train new team members and ensuring training and onboarding are completed in time to mitigate risk to Owner and the Company.
- Builds and maintains relationships with intra-departmental groups to support shared goals.
- Collaborates with Manager, Resident Insurance Business Systems and Director to improve and enhance Resident Insurance programs, ensure achievement of goals, systems and monthly regional budgets.
- Manages monthly reporting for resident insurance utilization data including onboarding status, compliance and budget analysis.
- Manages team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, training and mentoring employees, and managing their performance in accordance with Company policies, values and business practices.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provides analytical data relating to resident insurance performance to operations leads as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned by company management
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
