Cushman and Wakefield are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join their team as a Research Analyst.This is a diverse and exciting role that offers an opportunity to play a part in the growth of the Cushman & Wakefield National and London offices team, and to contribute directly to client business.
Job Description
The primary focus of this role is to provide support for gathering and interpreting office leasing and investment market data used to identify trends in the UK & Ireland market. The Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining office market-specific information, and will help prepare presentations and thought leadership materials.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Proactively coordinate the collection of market data and producing quarterly reports on the office markets
- Supporting the data collection team
- Supporting the business through dealing with ad hoc requests
- Carrying out regular research into occupier demand and development activity
- Marketing commentary & analysis: identification of specific trends
- Producing quarterly PowerPoint presentations on the UK and London office markets
- Attend, participate in, and present market information at internal meetings
- Providing relevant research material for client presentations and pitches
- Supporting UK Offices Insight team in the production of research white papers and publications
We are looking for someone with relevant research and industry experience within the real estate sector. You will also possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as working on independent projects in an organised and disciplined fashion.
